Job Summary
A Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role requires expertise across multiple technical disciplines and a strong focus on safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC-related faults.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Install, test, and commission new equipment and systems.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Coordinate with production, operations, and external vendors when required.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery, utilities, and building services.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy-efficiency programs.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
