Key Responsibilities
Material Handling – Assist in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
Machine Assistance – Support machine operators during production activities.
Workplace Maintenance – Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Packaging & Dispatch – Help in packing products and preparing them for shipment.
Tool & Equipment Support – Provide basic assistance in handling tools and consumables.
Safety Compliance – Follow safety instructions, wear protective gear, and adhere to factory rules.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of factory operations.
Ability to lift and move materials safely.
Willingness to work in shifts and industrial environments.
Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (preferred).
