Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible ITI / Diploma Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machines, panels, wiring, and related equipment. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, control panels, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures. The role may involve working in manufacturing units, industrial plants, commercial buildings, or maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, machines, and fixtures.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
Check and troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, switches, MCBs, MCCBs, and control panels.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit layouts.
Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective action to minimize downtime.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical equipment.
Perform cable laying, termination, panel wiring, and connection work.
Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Monitor and maintain DG sets, transformers, lighting systems, and power distribution systems where applicable.
Use electrical testing tools such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger, tester, etc.
Maintain records of maintenance work, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for smooth plant operation.
Follow all electrical safety norms, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
Keep tools, work area, and electrical rooms clean and organized.
Salary: 18000 to 26000
