Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to handle machine setup, program creation, and production support for CNC turning operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machining processes and the ability to optimize programs for quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform machine setup for CNC Turning machines
• Load tools, set offsets, and align fixtures as per job requirements
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection
• Ensure production as per quality standards and tolerances
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues

Education : ITI or Diploma

Experience :1-2years

Salary:22000-30000

Location : Madapatna , Bangalore
