Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled ITI/Diploma Technician to support machine manufacturing, assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance activities. The candidate will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical machine components as per drawings and work instructions.
Perform machine installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities.
Conduct routine inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Assist senior technicians and engineers in machine development and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Electronics, or related trade) or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine assembly, or maintenance are welcome.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with workshop tools and measuring instruments.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of workplace safety practices.
