Overview :
Responsible for supervising powder coating operations in sheet metal manufacturing, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee pre-treatment, powder coating, and curing processes.
• Ensure daily production targets and quality specifications are met.
• Monitor coating thickness, finish quality, and reduce rework.
• Supervise and train operators and shop-floor workers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance
Education
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering
Experience
3-5 years
