Production Supervisor | 2-5 Years | Diploma or ITI | Peenya Industrial Area

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day shopfloor operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and discipline across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved
• Allocate work to operators and monitor productivity
• Maintain production quality and reduce rejection rates
• Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues
• Maintain daily production reports (Excel/manual)
• Enforce safety, discipline, and 5S practices on the shopfloor
• Train and guide workers for better efficiency and output
• Identify and solve basic production issues in real-time
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle workers and maintain discipline
• Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability

Education
Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Engineering preferred)

2-5 years
