Job Description

The Production Engineer plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves operating and maintaining Special Purpose Machines, planning production schedules, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime. The engineer is responsible for implementing process improvements that enhance productivity, overseeing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Special Purpose Machines for daily production activities
Plan and execute production schedules to achieve output targets
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth machine operations
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Oversee preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime
Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings for production and troubleshooting


Qualification
Dip - BE in Mechanical Engineering
2–3 years of experience in SPM or a similar manufacturing industry
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to read technical drawings confidently
Basic knowledge of CAD tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks is preferred

Salary: 20000 to 35000
