Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer communication, order processing, documentation, and coordination between internal departments. The role is critical to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and timely delivery of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team for quotation preparation, proposals, and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries, emails, and order processing.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
Track order status and coordinate with production, purchase, and stores teams.
Ensure timely order execution, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and support lead management activities.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales data analysis.
Support in tender documentation and submission if required.
Coordinate with finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
Experience with CRM / ERP / SAP systems preferred.
Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Education : Any degree
