Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Inside Sales Executive who can effectively communicate the value of our training programs to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by connecting with leads, converting inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch training courses.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or IT services (testing, development).

Follow up with warm leads and nurture them to closure.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Generate referrals and upsell other programs where appropriate.

Provide feedback from the market to help improve products and marketing strategies
