Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control production processes to meet daily and monthly targets
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
Maintain production schedules and coordinate with other departments (quality, maintenance, supply chain)
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Education : BE/Diplomo in Mechanical
Experience :1-3years
Salary :18000-30000
