Overview
We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer (Fresher/Exp ) to support our factory operations in Jigani. This role offers hands-on exposure to façade systems, aluminium and glass fabrication, and real-time production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in fabrication and assembly of façade systems such as curtain wall glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, and railing systems
• Support shop floor activities including cutting, machining, and installation preparation of aluminium and glass components
• Work closely with production and design teams to understand technical drawings and execution requirements
• Assist in quality checks and inspection of materials and finished products
• Support installation planning and coordination with site teams when required
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Identify basic process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols on the shop floor
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Interest in façade systems, aluminium, and glass works
• Willingness to work in a factory/shop floor environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong learning attitude and attention to detail
Education : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :0-2 years
Salary :18000-25000
